Return Policy
OHSHO garments are designed to be durable as long as they follow the care instructions and the intended use of the product.
Clothing covered by the 1-year warranty will be repaired or replaced at OHSHO’s discretion.
The 1-year warranty covers manufacturing defects:
• Seams, buttons, Velcro ™ and zippers.
• Fabrics and insulation

The OHSHO warranty does not cover:
• Damage due to misuse, abuse, accident or neglect.
• Failure to comply with cleaning instructions.
• Damages such as: tears, snags, cuts and/or abrasion.
• Normal wear and tear, discoloration.
• Any damage after the 1-year warranty period.
• Damages not covered can be repaired at a reasonable rate and $12 shipping fees will be charged.

Before returning your garment:
• Wash it well for the well-being of our colleagues! Otherwise, a $35 cleaning fee will be charged.

• To help us identify the problem when submitting your request, please send photos of your defective garment.
• IMPORTANT, do not return your garment without a return authorization. We will not be able to process your return without the return authorization.
• The shipping costs for the return are at your expense.
